Data Supernova Inc. sends text messages to people who have contacted us first. This page explains which numbers we use, how consent is established, what we send, and how to stop.

How consent is established
By calling (213) 714-7752 or texting (213) 810-9369, you agree to receive text messages from Data Supernova Inc. about the request you contacted us about. If you call us, we may reply by text to the mobile number you called from, or to a number you give us on the call.
Contacting us is the consent. We do not ask you to opt in during the call, and we do not add your number to any list beyond the request you raised. If you would rather not be texted at all, tell us and we will use email or a phone call instead.
What we send
- Confirmation of a booking or appointment, including the details we captured.
- A reply if we miss your call, so you can continue by text instead of calling back.
- Confirmation that someone will call you back, when we could not complete your request on the call.
- Answers to questions you send us by text.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages to numbers collected this way.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us — typically a small number of messages per request, generally fewer than ten per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@datasupernovacorp.com.
- You can also opt out by telling us on a call or by email. We will honor it the same way.
Your mobile number
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for messaging is used solely to deliver the messages you have asked to receive, and is shared only with the communications providers strictly necessary to transmit those messages on our behalf.
