Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Data Supernova Inc. ("Data Supernova," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at datasupernovacorp.com, our consulting engagements, and any SMS or voice messaging services we operate.
1. Who we are
Data Supernova Inc. is a California corporation based in Los Angeles, California. We provide data engineering and AI consulting services, including AI training data pipelines and AI agents for business operations.
For any privacy question, contact us at contact@datasupernovacorp.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact information — your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and anything else you choose to include when you email us or speak with us.
- Engagement information — project details, requirements, and business context you share while we scope or perform work.
Information we process on behalf of clients
During a consulting engagement we may process data belonging to a client, including data that identifies that client's own customers. We process such data only as a service provider, only on the client's documented instructions, and only under the terms of the written agreement governing that engagement. We do not use client data to train models for our own benefit, and we do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers. Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability purposes.
3. SMS and messaging
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for messaging is used solely to deliver the messages you have asked to receive, and is shared only with the communications providers strictly necessary to transmit those messages on our behalf.
How consent is obtained
We send SMS messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive messages at it — for example, by providing the number during a conversation, an intake call, or a written request for service, and confirming that we may text them about that request.
What we send
Messages relate to the service you contacted us about: appointment and scheduling confirmations, status updates on active work, replies to your questions, and follow-up on requests you initiated. We do not send unrelated promotional messaging to numbers collected this way.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. In typical use you can expect a small number of messages per active request or engagement — generally fewer than ten per month.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@datasupernovacorp.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether an engagement is a fit.
- To perform, support, and communicate about work you have engaged us to do.
- To send the messages described in Section 3.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers that operate infrastructure on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, and communications platforms — bound by contract to process it only for us.
- Legal requirements, when we are compelled by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer, if Data Supernova Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.
6. Retention
We keep correspondence and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Client data processed under an engagement is retained and deleted according to that engagement's agreement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can reach client systems and data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@datasupernovacorp.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law.
Where we process personal information on behalf of a client, requests should be directed to that client as the controlling party; we will assist them in responding.
9. Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
